Madrid, April 9, 2025 – Lodgerin, the first platform that simplifies international mobility processes for organizations and accommodation providers, has launched Arrento, a new digital tool designed to streamline the management and commercialization of mid-term rentals. With this solution, property owners can manage the entire rental process from a single platform, from listing the property to signing the contract and receiving payment.
Unlike other platforms, Arrento focuses exclusively on mid-term rentals (from one to eleven months), a growing segment driven by international students, relocated professionals, and remote workers. The goal is to offer landlords a simple and efficient way to access this market without the need for multiple tools or intermediaries.
With Arrento, landlords gain access to a wide range of features, including the ability to publish listings with photos, set availability dates, manage booking requests, sign digital contracts, coordinate check-ins and check-outs, and centralize payments through an integrated gateway.
Lodgerin plans to roll out new features this year, including group bookings, to increase the platform’s flexibility.
According to Óscar Rubio, CEO of Lodgerin:
"With Arrento, we’re taking another step forward in our mission to make mid-term rentals more accessible to property owners. We’ve created a tool that simplifies their daily operations and enables them to manage everything efficiently from anywhere. This launch is part of our strategy to scale up and deliver solutions that meet our clients’ real needs, building a unique ecosystem for mobility and housing."
Coming soon, Lodgerin will also unveil Arribo, a mobile app for tenants that provides access to services, support for resolving issues, and direct communication with the property owner or manager.
A digital ecosystem for international mobility
Lodgerin was created to address the challenges faced by both landlords and mid-term tenants through a connected tech ecosystem. First and foremost, the platform helps property owners overcome barriers to renting their properties, barriers that existed for years due to a lack of effective tools to manage contracts, payments, or issues.
At the same time, Lodgerin offers universities and companies a full-service solution to manage housing for international students or employees—providing not only access to quality accommodations, but also tools to monitor and support tenants throughout their stay.
The Spanish platform ended 2024 with a positive EBITDA of 15% and over 92,000 rentable units across 32 cities. More than 9,000 global users relied on Lodgerin last year to manage their international relocations, saving time and reducing costs in the process.
International expansion has been key to Lodgerin’s growth, with operations launched in the United Arab Emirates and the United States, where the company opened its first international office in Miami.
